Donate to the project and keep it alive

I really want to keep this project free to the end user.
However, there are running costs involved and running costs must be covered.
At present I am funding this project personally but as it grows this is not feasible as a long term solution.
I have not discounted making this a subscription service (maybe 25 euros per year, not expensive)  but would prefer not to do that if possible.
But we have to be realistic, the VPS on which the service is running is already getting sluggish and needs upgrade. AI usage costs are racking up daily.
We would like to add additional features such as push notifications and SMS OTPs. It all adds up!
The small editor team currently work for free but i would really like to give them a SMALL gratuity based on their contribution to keep them motivated.

So, as a trial, I am looking at a community donation model. Should it prove necessary to move to a subscription model those donating will get the year free.

I am doing this via the "Buy Me A Coffee" service at this time  for simplicity (development has been at a furious rate) . I will probably move to a stripe based alternative soon.
A "coffee" is currently set in GBP at £5 which equates to approx 6 euros or 6.50 USD. If everyone did one donantion then that should comfortably cover costs.
We appreciate some may not want to or be able to do this, we understand. If you want to donate more we will not complain!
